• Reviews product specifications : key points as safety issues
• Input on the relevant European laws applicable to the products
• Reviews testing plans  made by laboratories
• Reviews test reports issued by laboratories
• Provides recommendations on corrective action plans for testing failures
• Advice on legal marking to be put on packaging or product
• Recommends safety and quality process implementation
• Acts as liaison between Safety/Quality service , R&D service, Factory, laboratories
• Provides training on products certification process
• Provides general consulting services and acts as center of expertise
